Feedback and Complaints

You can tell us when something is working well, when something needs to change, or when you have a concern. Your feedback helps us improve.

You can speak up safely

If something isn't right, you can tell us. Raising a concern or making a complaint will never affect the support you receive.

You can ask someone you trust, including an advocate, family member, guardian or support person, to help you make a complaint or share feedback.

What happens next

We will acknowledge your feedback or complaint, listen to what happened, and explain the next steps clearly.

We will keep you informed and work with you to resolve the concern wherever possible.
